基于分幅切割方法的基本农田图像精确纠正

摘　　要：采用自由坐标系制作的基本农田保护区分布图,需要将其转为栅格图像,并进行精确的纠正后才能为第二次土地调查工作所用.在整图变形较大、采用常规的图像纠正方法无法达到满足要求的纠正精度情况下,分析了基本农田保护区分布图的主要误差来源,并提出采用分幅切割后再分幅纠正的方法,以消除因图像拼接而引起的整图误差,实现对基本农田图像的精确纠正.The distribution map of the basic farmland under protection developed with the tree-coordinator system must be converted to raster images and be accurately rectified before it can be used in the Second Land Survey.Since the deviations of complete image were large,and normal approaches of image rectification could not reach the rectification accuracy,this paper analysed the main sources of deviations of the maps of basic farmland protected areas.And the paper suggested an approach,which rectified by frame after framing segmentation,to narrow the deviations of complete image coursed by splicing,implemented accurately rectification of basic farmland image.
