摘　　要：基于SOA架构,利用分布式的网络环境、通讯技术和分布式计算技术,采用Web服务的方式研究和设计泉州市地理信息公共服务平台.平台提供各种地理信息服务,包括地图服务、数据服务、各种空间分析、查询等功能服务,为各政府、企事业单位和社会大众提供地理信息服务.Based on SOA architecture,this paper researches and designs the geographic information public service platform of Quanzhou city by making use of distributed network environment,communication technology and distributed computing technology and Web services.The platform provides a variety of geographic information services,including maps,services,data services,a variety of spatial analysis,query and other functions services for government,enterprises,institutions and the public to provide geographic information services.
