摘 要:以福建省的芹山水电站为例,研究穆阳溪流域不同生态环境用水保证率下的生态环境需水量,估算不同生态环境用水量的发电效益损失,并对考虑不同比例生态环境用水量对水电站的发电量所产生的影响进行分析。结果表明:由于确定生态环境需水量的出发点和基本原理不同,用7Q10法、Tennant法、最小月径流法和NGPRP法计算的生态环境需水量差异较大,根据实际资料针对该实例推荐Tennant法;利用发电调度软件编制不同生态环境用水保证率下的发电计划,利用逐年流量值计算该水电站发电厂实际的发电效益损失值,并分析了不同生态环境用水保证率与该水电站发电效益损失间的关系以及多年平均流量计算的发电效益损失值与实际损失值间的关系。Taking the Qinshan Hydropower Station as an example,the eco-environmental water demand under different reliability scenarios of eco-environmental water utilization was studied,the loss of power generation efficiency due to different eco-environmental water demand was estimated,and the effect of different proportions of eco-environmental water usage on hydroelectric power generation was analyzed.The results show that different methods,including 7Q10,Tennant,minimum monthly runoff,and NGPRP,generate different eco-environmental water demand estimates,and the differences are large because their starting point and basic principles are different.For this example,the method of Tennant was recommended.The generation schedules were compiled using the power generation dispatching software under different reliability scenarios of environment water usage,the loss of electricity benefit was estimated using the discharge year by year,and the relation between different reliability scenarios of environmental water usage and the loss of electricity benefit was analyzed.The relation between the loss of electricity benefit calculated using average annual flow and actual loss of power generation was also analyzed.
