摘  要:利用Adams建立行星轮系的刚柔耦合动力学模型。在额定工况条件下对模型进行了动力仿真,得到了齿轮的啮合力曲线和转速曲线,并与刚体的仿真值和理论值作了比较。研究表明:柔性齿轮系统能更加真实和准确地反映行星轮系的动态特性。同时得到齿轮的等效应力云图和节点应力曲线,为齿轮的优化设计研究提供了依据。A rigid-flexible coupling model of planetary gear trains was builded based on the theory of multi-body dynamics by using adams. Dynamic simulation of planetary gear was done in the rated working conditions and the curves of contact force between rigid-flexible gear pair were received,which was compared with the theoretical curves. The result shows that the model reflect dynamic contact force of planetary gear train accurately. The equivalent stress contour and the node stress curves of planetary gear train were obtained in simulations,and the datas provided some basis for optimal degsin of gear.
