摘 要:刀具磨损是机械加工刀具常见的失效形式,高速钢刀具是最常用的切削刀具,为了提高刀具的耐磨性,采用化学复合镀方法,以高速钢为基体材料、Ni-W-P为基质合金、添加耐磨微粒α-Al2O3,镀制Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3多元复合镀层。实验结果表明:该工艺得到的Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3多元复合镀层表面光亮、质感均匀、镀层结合力良好、耐蚀性优良,经过相同次数磨损试验,Ni-W-P+α-Al2O3热处理镀层的耐磨性能是W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢的3.33倍。The wear of the cutting tool is the commonly ineffective way of the cutting tools,high-speed steel cutting tool is the most familiar cutting tools.In order to strengthen wear resistance of cutting tool surface , the electroless composite material to confirm, Ni-W-P alloy W-P+α-Al2O3 composite coating composite coating was bright , the plating was applied. High-speed steel was taken as the base body as host alloy, adding α-Al2O3 particle in the composite coating. Niwas gained by this way. The result indicated the surface with the sense of quality was homogeneous. The cladding material bond was fine; Corrosion-resistance was good; Course identical number of times abrasion test, the wear resistance with coating is 3.33 times that of high-speed steel.
