摘 要:利用ANSYS Workbench软件对高速立式加工中心整机进行静力学分析,得出了静变形云图,经过分析找出了整机静刚度较弱的部位;对整机进行了模态分析,获得了特殊频段的固有频率和振型,并对各阶模态振型进行分析,找到了整机结构中动态特性薄弱环节。根据分析结果对整机结构进行改进,改进后整机的静、动态性能明显要优于原整机,为机床的优化设计和再制造设计打下了基础。The static analysis of high-speed vertical machining center is studied by means of ANSYS workbench. And the deformation figures are acquired. Through the analysis of the deformation figures, the locations of weak static stiffness are identified. The modal analysis is studied and the order of natural frequencies we need are obtained.Through the analysis of the vibration modes of this machine tools, its relative weaker parts are pointed. The structure of the machine tools is improved according to the analysis results. The static and dynamic characteristics of the improved structure are apparently better than that of the original design. It makes a base for optimized design and remanufacturing.
