摘　　要：阐述了螺旋溜槽的防破碎原理、结构和设计参数,并对斜底板螺旋溜槽进行受力和动力学分析,在设计中应综合考虑外螺旋角、直径、物料速度等因素的制约作用,同时对物料的加速度进行优化设计,有效降低块煤损失,提高块煤率。The anti-crushing principles, structure and designed parameters of the spiral chute are introduced. Then make the analysis on slanting bottom of spiral chute and dynamics. So many factors such as chute＇s helix angle, diameter, the speed of materials, etc.in the design should be considered. Meanwhile optimize the acceleration of the material will effectively reduce the lump coal loss.
