摘　　要：介绍了采煤机盘式制动器的工作原理,选用C8051F020单片机,设计了可以对制动器制动时的温度和磨损量进行检测的硬件电路,具有对温度和磨损量在线监测的功能,保障了制动器的安全性能。Introduces the working principle of hydraulic disk brake, adopts single-chip computer of C8051F020 and designs hardware and software systems to measure the temperature and the wear amount of disk brake, have the function that can monitor temperature and the wear amount on line, ensure the safety performance of disk brake.
