摘  要:针对双级矩阵变换器(TSMC)应用于航空领域时,在中频下如果直接应用传统调制策略,整流级相位将出现滞后,从而附加滞后的功率角且减小电压传输比,在变频航空供电体制下甚至出现功率角和输出电压幅值的波动,影响输入输出波形质量这一问题,在分析中频下整流级相位滞后原因的基础上,根据梯形面积原理推出滞后相位大小,提出中频下TSMC整流级的相位前馈校正算法。在实验样机上基于查表法实现该算法,保证控制器运算的实时性。仿真和实验结果表明,所提的相位前馈校正算法能够补偿滞后的相位,基于查表法的算法实现能够满足硬件实时性要求。Two-stage matrix converter(TSMC) is highly competent in aeronautic applications.However,the phase of rectification stage of TSMC delays while the conventional modulation strategy is directly applied at medium frequency input.Thus reactive power factor changes and voltage ratio decreases.Moreover,both of their values fluctuate under variable frequency input.In this article,the reason of phase delay of rectification stage of TSMC was analyzed,and the value of phase delay was calculated based on trapezoid area.Feedforward correction algorithm was then proposed to compensate the phase delay,which was implemented based on look-up table method to increase the operation efficiency.Simulation and experiment results show that,phase delay of rectification stage of TSMC at medium frequency is compensated with the proposed feedforward correction algorithm,and the look-up table implementation meets the requirement of operation efficiency.
