摘　　要：目的 HPLC方法测定尼美舒利胶囊中的有关物质。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(氨试液调pH7.0)(体积比35:65),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长230 nm。结果该法简便、准确、灵敏度高重现性好,可用于尼美舒利有关物质的测定。Objective To detect the related substances in nimesulide capsules by HPLC.Methods Hypersil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was a mixture of 35 volumes of acetonitrile and 65 volumes of 0.1%solution of orthophosphoric acid adjusted to pH 7.0with ammonia.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The method is convenient,accurate,and sensitive.It can be used for the detection of related substances of nimesulide.
