摘　　要：阀门定位器是气动调节阀的主要附件,其作用是用来实现对调节阀阀位的精确定位。以微控制器S3C44BO为核心,采用二线制供电技术和模块化的硬件电路设计方法,构建了基于PROFIBUS-DP的智能阀门定位器。与传统的阀门定位器相比,具有系统集成度高、机械部件少、维护方便等优点,具有较高的应用价值。Valve positioner as the main accessory of pneumatic control valve can realize the pinpoint of valve position.This paper took MCU S3C44BO as the core,constructed the intelligent valve positioner based on PROFIBUS-DP,applied the power supply for two-wire system and modularize programmer for the hardware circuit design.This valve positioner has higher application value because of higher integration,less mechanical components and more convenient maintenance compared with the traditional one.
