摘 要:苹果汁废水水量大、水质变化大、有机物浓度高、pH值低、污染种类复杂,废水处理效果主要决定于厌氧反应器的选择。本试验以泾阳怡科水解池污泥作为种泥,经处理后,接种于ABR反应器反应器;试验研究表明,ABR反应器反应器处理苹果汁废水切实可行,COD去除率可稳定在85%以上,且能将大分子有机物有效分解,有利于后续的好氧处理,同时确定了该反应器的可控参数因子及主要影响因素,为苹果汁废水的厌氧处理提供一种可行的处理方案。Syrup wastewater has features of large water volume, many water changes, and high density and low pH, complex types of pollution. In this experiment, taking hydrolysis tank sludge of Jingyang Yike as seed sludge, the authors inoculated in the ABR reactor reactor. Experimental studies have shown that, it was practicable to treat syrup wastewater by using ABR anaerobic reactor. COD removal efficiency came up to 85%. It also could effectively decomposed organic molecules which was conducive to the subsequent aerobic treatment. At the same time, the experimental studies identified the controllable factors and main factors of reactor, which provided a viable treatment options for the anaerobic treatment of syrup wastewater.
