连续2年住院患者抗菌药物应用情况比较分析

摘　　要：目的了解某院连续2年抗菌药物应用各项指标的变化趋势，探讨促进抗菌药物的合理使用措施。方法回顾性查阅2007年、2008年全院出院病历、每月及年度抗菌药物统计报表，对其进行比较分析。结果连续2年统计比较结果，2008年抗菌药使用率比2007年下降了2．49％，其中2008年外科预防性应用抗菌药物的构成比率比2007年明显下降，二、三联及三联以上用药构成比也有所下降。病原学送检率较2007年上升幅度不明显。结论进一步加强医务人员病原学送检意识、充分发挥细菌室和临床药师的作用及实施抗菌药物计算机智能化管理，对规范医生合理用药行为，提高医院抗菌药物综合管理成效有十分重要的意义。Objective To investigate the change tendency of antibacterials application in the in hospital patients during 2 years, and discuss the effective measure to insure the reasonable application of antibacterials. Methods We reviewed the in hospital medical record, monthly and yearly report forms of antibacterials in 2007 and 2008, and compare the application status. Results The antibacterials application rate in 2008 decreased by 2.49%. The prevention application rate in surgery department decreased significantly, and the combined administration reduced obviously. The etiology examination rate didn＇t rise significantly. Conclusion Promoting the examination antibacterials and intelligentification management could help the reasonable application of antibacterials.
