摘　　要：目的探讨瘤型麻风伴严重Ⅱ型反应患者的护理。方法了解患者的基本病情，予以临床护理、心理护理。结果患者麻风反应得到控制。结论通过积极的药物治疗，严密的病情观察及护理措施的实施，减轻了患者反应期间身体和心理上的痛苦，控制了麻风反应。Objective To explore the nursing of lepromatous leprosy patients with severe type-2 reaction patient. Methods Study the patient＇s basic disease, perform the clinical nursing and mental nursing. Results The leprosy patient with reaction had been cured. Conclusions Through our active medication, careful observation on disease development and perfect nursing care, the physical and psychological sufferings of the patient had been alleviated in this period, the case of severe and recurrent type-2 reaction of leprosy had been controlled.
