高参数大容量汽轮机选型若干问题探讨

摘　　要：目前高参数大容量机组的项目越来越多,电厂用户在汽轮机选型时会提出很多技术要求,本文结合与用户多年的交流体会,对大容量汽轮机设备选型时的几个关键问题阐述了自己的看法,提出在大容量汽轮机设备选型时,在参数选择、抽汽机型、末级叶片、给水泵驱动方式、二次再热等问题上,应尊重设备制造厂家最成熟的设计,注重设备的可靠性,不必过于强求最佳。Nowadays,more and more projects require large steam turbines with high steam conditions and the users of power plants will bring forward many technical requirements on the type selection for steam turbines.Based on the communications with users for years,the views is presented on several critical problems in type selection of large steam turbines,and it is proposed that parameter selection,extraction model,last stage blades,feedwater pump driving and double reheat during type selection should be according to the well-proven design of manufacturer,lay stress on the reliability of equipment and needn＇t pursue the best.
