摘 要:根据多年从事汽轮机零部件的强度有限元分析共性技术的研究成果,提出了汽轮机零部件强度有限元计算结果的9类设计判据,介绍了汽轮机零部件载荷与应力的分类以及有限元分析的设计原则,给出了汽轮机零部件稳态最大负荷工况强度、瞬态变工况强度、转动零部件超速工况强度、蠕变强度与刚度、应力腐蚀强度、高周疲劳强度、轴向动静间隙、裂纹萌生寿命和裂纹扩展寿命的设计判据。规定出局部应力的许用范围和设计判据的应用范围。使用这些设计判据,可以在设计阶段校核与分析汽轮机零部件强度和寿命设计的安全性,为汽轮机零部件结构设计的安全性评价和优化改进设计提供了依据。According to many achievements in scientific research on the generality technology of strength finite element(FE) analysis for steam turbine components,the nine kinds of design criteria of strength FE calculation results for steam turbine components are presented.The type for loads and stresses,as well as the design principle of the FE analysis is described.It also provides design criteria for steady maximum load strength,over speed strength of rotary components,creep strength and stiffness,stress corrosion strength,high cycle fatigue strength,axial clearance,crack initiation life and crack propagation life of steam turbine components with FE calculation results.The allowable range of local stresses and the application field of the design criteria are provided.By means of the design criteria in steam turbines,the safety for the strength and life design of steam turbine components can be checked and analyzed.The suggesting method may provide a scientific basis for construction design,safety assessment and optimizing improvement of steam turbine components.
