摘 要:以南京市1998-2008年间水务投入的数据为样本,研究水务投入与国民经济投入产出关系,以及水务投入对国民经济增长的综合贡献。结果表明,南京市水务投入的投资乘数为1.6667,即每投入1单位的水务投资,即可增长1.6667单位的国民经济;1998-2008年南京市水务投入对GDP的平均贡献率及带动的GDP分别为1.962 6%和29.1575亿元,而水务投入的年平均投资额为17.491亿元。最后提出提高水务投入效益的相关建议。The relationship between the water service input and the input-output of national economy as well as the comprehensive contribution of the water service input to the growth of the national economy was studied by using the data of the water service input in Nanjing from 1998 to 2008 as the samples. The results show that the investment multiplier of the water service input in Nanjing is 1.6667, that is, for per unit of water service input, the national economy can grow 1.6667 units. The average contribution rate of the water service input for GDP and the promotion for GDP in Nanjing are respectively 1.9626% and 2.91575 billion Yuan from 1998 to 2008. While the annual average investment in water service is 1.7491 billion Yuan. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for improving the efficiency of the water service input.
