摘　　要：以农作物的作物水分生产函数为理论基础,从经济学角度,根据边际成本和边际效益的概念,研究灌溉水价、灌溉用水量、农户收益三者之间的相互作用关系,讨论农户在一定条件下可承受的理论极限灌溉水价,为相关部门制定灌溉水价提供理论依据。以河北省冬小麦为例进行分析,绘制灌溉用水需求曲线和农户收益曲线,显示出灌溉用水量、农户收益随着灌溉水价变化而变化的趋势,并得出农户种植冬小麦时可承受的极限灌溉水价。By regarding the crop-water production function as theoretical basis, the relationship among irrigation water price, irrigation water use and farmers’ benefit was studied according to the conception of marginal cost and benefit from the viewpoint of economics. The affordable theoretical limit irrigation water price by the farmers under certain condition was discussed so as to provide theoretical basis for relevant institutions to draft irrigation water price. The case study of winter wheat in Hebei Province was analyzed. The curves of irrigation water demand and farmers’ benefit were plotted. It showed that the variation trend of the irrigation water demand and the farmers’ benefit follows the variation of the irrigation water price. The affordable limit irrigation water price of the winter wheat by the farmers was thus obtained.
