摘　　要：基于整体区域经济-社会-环境和个体移民生产生活多层次可持续发展的前提,结合水库移民农业安置的现实基础,探讨移民农业安置环境容量的概念、特征、构成要素及各影响因素之间的关系,旨在通过改进水库移民环境容量研究方法,为建立科学、合理、符合实际情况的移民安置规划提供参考。Based on the multi-level sustainable development of the overall regional economy, society, environment and the living of individual migrant, the concept, characteristics and elements of migrant environmental capacity as well as the relationship among different factors were discussed combining with the realistic basis of agricultural resettlement for rural migrants of reservoirs. By improving the methods of the environmental capacity for reservoir resettlement, it would provide basis for establishing a scientific, rational and realistic migrant resettlement plan.
