消化系统疾病中医辨证与经络电流的关系探讨

摘　　要：目的分析消化系统疾病中医辨证与经络电流之间的关系。方法利用TDS经络健康检测系统对87例消化系统疾病患者(观察组)以及34例健康受试者(对照组)的经络电流进行采集,并对所测数据进行统计学分析。结果观察组各证型经络电流的分布呈一定规律,其大致趋势为痰瘀互结型<脾气虚型<气滞湿阻型<肝脾/肝胃不和型<对照组;在进行分析的经络中,除脾经外,肺经、肾经和肝经的电流都有下降。结论经络电流随消化系统疾病中医证型的不同而变化,能够有效地反映人体的病理生理变化。Objective It is to explore the relationship between electric currents of meridians and differentiating Zheng of traditional Chinese medicine for digestive system disease.Methods Electric currents in 87 patients with digestive system？disease（observation group） and 34 healthy people（control group） were detected with Tele Diagnosis System,then statistics methods were used to analyze the datas tested.Results Distribution of electric current of observation group occurred with some regularity.The general tendency showed that the group of combined phlegm and blood stasisthe group of spleen deficiencythe group of Qi and Damp Stagnationthe group of liver-stomach/spleen disharmonythe group of healthy people;among the channels analyzed,electric currents of the lung meridian,the kidney meridian and the liver meridian had decreased as well as the spleen meridian.Conclusion Electric currents of meridians vary with changes in syndrome types of Chinese medicine,it can reflect physiological and pathological changes of the human body visually.
