摘 要:针对单相离线式发光二极管驱动电源效率低的问题,跟据发光二极管照明电源的特点,提出一种Twin-Bus型的发光二极管照明驱动架构。基于发光二极管照明驱动架构,研究了适合于该架构的可PWM调光的降压型变换器。详细讨论和分析了变换器的工作原理、控制策略、PWM调光策略。以高效率的LLC谐振变换器为例,讨论了Twin-Bus电源的实现理念,Twin-Bus电源的实现理念可以推广到任何隔离性AC-DC变换器中。100 W的原理样机的测试结果证明:在1 MHz的开关频率下,变换器效率高达98.5%;变换器具有快速的全范围PWM调光特性。In order to increase the efficiency of conventional light-emitting diode(LED) driver,a Twin-Bus based LED driver configuration is proposed.Furthermore,a Twin-Bus type buck converter is presented for controlling the n-string LEDs to be dimming from true zero to the rated current level.Based on the proposed Twin-Bus configuration and Twin-Bus Buck converter,voltage stress of the low side n-switches is the difference between the Twin-Bus voltage sources.The operation principle and control scheme were described in detail.Additionally,the circuit implemented based on LLC resonant converter was also introduced.This approach with no additional cost can be applied to many other isolated AC-DC converters.Experimental results of a 6-string 100-W LED driver hardware prototype show that the independent string current can be regulated from zero to 350 mA desired for dimming control.The proposed converter has 98.5% efficiency at 1 MHz switching frequency,and total 95.4% including the LLC resonant converter can be achieved.
