摘 要:在所研制的高速旋转设备中需要用到一个耦合器,完成高速状态下二段机械轴的耦合与分离。设计了一种新型的无接触式电磁耦合器,以电磁线圈作为控制输入,便于实现自动控制,具有非接触、低噪声、自动过载保护等特点。利用Ansoft软件进行了建模和磁场计算,研制了样机并完成了实验测试,实验结果证明该新型电磁耦合器原理是正确的,具有很好的工程实用价值。A special clutch is needed in a high speed rotating instrument,which takes charge of coupling and separating two mechanical shifts at high speed.A novel non-contact electromagnetic clutch was designed in this paper,where an electromagnetic coil was used to control input.It has outstanding advantages of non-contact,low noise and automatic overload protection.The clutch was studied with model simulation and magnetic field calculation in Ansoft.A prototype was manufactured and tested.It is proved by experiments that the working principle of the designed clutch is correct and that it has good prospect in practical engineering application.
