摘 要:以磷酸酯和N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO-1)为主要原料,反应制备了阻燃型磷酸酯聚硅氧烷(PPSO),用红外光谱(IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)表征了其结构。将PPSO进行乳化制得了透明硅乳液,测定了其乳液性能并应用于棉织物的整理中,结果表明,整理后的织物阻燃性能良好。对阻燃剂用量和烘焙工艺进行了讨论并确定了最佳整理工艺。通过热重分析研究了织物的热裂解过程,进一步解释了纤维的阻燃机理。Flame-retardant phosphoester polysiloxane (PPSO) was prepared by taking advantage of phosphoester and N-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl polydimethylsiloxane(ASO-1) as raw materials. The chemical structure of PPSO were chaiacterized by infrared spectrum(IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(^1 H-NMR). Then PPSO was emulsified to obtain transparent microemulsion. The emulsion properties were measured and applied to finishing process of cotton fabric. Research shows that finished cotton fabric has flammability. Flame retardant agents usage and curing conditions were discussed to determine the optimal finishing conditions. By using thermogravimetry analysis(TGA), the pyrolysis process of cotton fabrics was studied and flame retardant mechanism of cotton fabrics was also explained.
