摘  要:以工业水玻璃为硅源,稀H2SO4为催化剂,三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)为表面改性剂,无水乙醇和正己烷为溶剂,在常温常压下通过“两步法”成功地制备出轻质疏水性SiO2气凝胶。通过BET、FTIR、接触角测试以及SEM、EDS和TG等手段证实,所得SiO2气凝胶的比表面积为512.44-737.19m^2/g,平均孔径为15.19-19.09nm,且凝胶表面OH基团已被-OSiCH3取代,接触角高达137°,呈现出明显的疏水性和良好的热稳定性。Taking the industrial water glass as silica source, diluted H2SO4 as catalyst, trimethylchlorosilane (TMCS) as the surface modification agent, ethanol and hexane as solvents, the light and hydrophobic SlOe aerogels are prepared successfully by two-step solvent exchange method via ambient pressure drying. The XRD, FTIR, TG, BET, SEM analysis were applied to characterize the structure and properties of SiO2 aerogels. Results show that the synthesized SiO2 aerogels are amorphous, hydrophobic and light materials with good thermal stability and high specific surface area. The surface area is 512.44-737. 19m^2/g, and the average pore size is 15. 19-19.09nm. Results also show that the OH groups on the gel surface is replaced by the OSi(CH3)3 groups, the contact angle is measured to be as high as 137°.
