摘　　要："十一五"期间,渭南文化事业发展成绩显著,但问题不少。总结过去,展望未来,理清发展思路,探寻发展对策,认真制定具有系统性、科学性、前瞻性的社会发展规划,争取渭南市社会经济文化诸方面能够在"十二五"期间实现跨越式、可持续发展。During ＂Eleventh Five-Year Program＂,culture development in Weinan has achieved a lot,but there are still some problems.The paper retrospects the past and prospects future,and seeks for the countermeasures of development in order to program the social development blueprint systematically,scientifically and predictably.The paper gives suggestions for leapfrogging and sustainable development of Weinan＇s society,economy and culture in ＂Twelfth Five-Year Program＂.
