摘　　要：结合区域空间功能分区,建立区域整体发展水平综合评价指标体系的框架,运用多层次多目标模糊综合测度模型,以关中—天水经济区为例,探讨了空间功能影响下的区域整体发展水平。结果显示:空间功能影响下的指标体系有助于掌握区域的整体发展、城乡协调发展状况和区域未来发展趋势。同时,指标体系框架突出了空间要素的影响,提高了资源环境系统与社会经济系统之间相互作用的完整性,丰富了区域发展科学和经济地理学的方法研究体系,为促进关中—天水经济区和谐发展提出整体发展建议。According to overall regional development level of evaluation system from space function,design factors affecting the overall regional development level of a comprehensive evaluation index system is established,and the content framework of multihierachy-multobjective fuzzy comprehensive measure model,and in Guanzhong-Tianshui area as the research object,this paper discusses the function of space under the influence of the development level of the whole area of comprehensive evaluation,and then put forward the whole development mechanism.Results show that under the influence of dimensional function of the index system to grasp the overall development of the area,the coordinated development between urban and rural areas and future development trend,and timely adjust regional development direction moderately,and formulates target-oriented reach certain development target,and formulate improve overall regional development level of effective ways.
