摘 要:商业空间是城市中最为活跃,对城市发展及空间结构演变产生重要影响的功能要素之一。以商业地理学为主要理论依据,以长沙市为例分析了大型购物中心对城市商业空间结构的影响机制。研究指出大型购物中心是商业空间结构的核心组成部分,其业态结构、空间区位的集聚与扩散作用是城市商业空间规模与等级结构演变的主要动力之一,同时,从宏观、中观和微观的角度提出了对策和建议。As the most active elements in the city,the retail space will inevitably influence the urban development and the spatial structure.This dissertation takes the theories of commercial geography as the academic basis,and the main clues analysis of urban space to carry on the investigation and research about the development of retail space and the rules of urban commercial spatial structure based on Changsha city.The paper also points out that the large-scale shopping center,which is the core of retail space,changes retail space and type with the agglomeration and dispersion of the spatial structure and location,thus it has the influence on the evolution and development of urban spatial structure.After analyzing the impact of the large-scale shopping center on urban spatial structure,the dissertation points out some main questions.At the same time,it offers proposals for solving these questions.
