摘　　要：对西藏蟾蜍的消化系统进行了组织学观察。消化道可以分为口腔、咽、食道、胃、十二指肠、回肠和直肠;肝脏和胰腺为消化腺。胃壁由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌肉层和外膜组成。黏膜层中含有许多胃腺,但胃腺的颈部和腺体部不明显。肌肉层发达,有内环外纵两层平滑肌。小肠壁由黏膜层、黏膜下层、肌肉层和外膜组成,十二指肠的黏膜下层缺失。在黏膜层的固有膜中有管状肠腺。肝脏分为左、中、右3叶,肝小叶界限不明显。胰腺中的腺泡由腺细胞围成。The digestive system of Bufo tibetanus has been histologically studied.The results show that the alimentary tract consists of the buccal cavity,pharynx,esophagus,stomach,duodenum,ileum,and rectum;the alimentary glands include the liver and the pancreas.The stomach wall is composed of four layers,which are the mucosa,submucous,muscularis,and serosa.Gastric glands are abundant in the mucosa,but the neck and the body of the gastric gland are not evident.The muscular layer is better developed than the others,composed of circular muscle and longitudinal muscle.The intestine wall is made up of four layers,which are the mucosa,submucous,muscularis,and serosa,but the submucous is absent at the duodenum.There are many tubular intestinal glands in the lamina propria.The liver is divided into three lobes which are left,middle and right lobes,and the boundaries of the hepatic lobules are not distinct.The acinus of the pancreas is surrounded by acinus cells.
