摘　　要：分析河北电力供应面临的形势,研究支撑未来河北经济社会发展的电力需求、电源发展空间与制约因素,分析保障河北可持续发展的"外电入冀"战略发展形势,阐述"外电入冀"的战略意义。This paper analyzes the position faced with in He- bei electric power providing, researches the electric power need, electrical source development space, restrict factors supported future Hebei economical society development, ananlyzes the strategic development position of energy outside transferring into Hebei province, expounds the strategic significance and guarantee measures.
