摘　　要：本文首先从资本充足率监管改革、流动性监管改革、宏观审慎监管改革以及宏观经济影响和参数标准等方面,全方位地评述了巴塞尔协议Ⅲ的主要内容。以此为基础,本文报告了巴塞尔协议Ⅲ对中国银行业监管的影响和中国经济的影响,并提出了相关应对的政策建议。This paper comprehensively comments on the main content of Basel Ⅲ from the aspects of regulatory reform of capital adequacy,regulatory reform of liquidity,regulatory reform of macro-prudential supervision,the impact of macro-economy and parameter standard.On this basis,the paper reports on the impact of Basel Ⅲ on China＇s banking regulation and economy ,and then puts forward some corresponding policy advice.
