摘　　要：科学是一种现代社会建制,对具有客观性和普遍性的知识的追求是其获得特有的自主性。科学的精神气质既是科学的学术规范,也是科学的道德规范,由此可以推出确保科学的客观性和增进公众福利两条基本的科学道德准则,使科学的基础从表征客观性走向共识客观性,进而寻求可靠的科学,追问科学的意义,诉诸实践的明智。AS a modern social institution, Science has special autonomy for its pursuit of objectivity and universal knowledge. Scientific ethos are academic as well as moral norms, from which we can derive the principle of ensuring objectivity and the principle of promoting public good, the two basic moral principles of science. Then we should make consensual objectivity rather than representational objectivity as the foundation of science, and we also ought to pursuit the consensual objectivity, find out meaning of science and resort to the practical wisdom.
