摘  要:针对重钢环保搬迁长寿新区余热发电锅炉自投产以来过热器多次出现爆管事故的案例,通过对余热锅炉结构的了解,结合现有生产方式,从设计、制造、安装、运行等多方面对此过热器爆管原因进行了分析。最终认为锅炉负荷波动大、减温水使用不当、管道内积盐积垢、安装不合理等是造成爆管的主要原因,规范设计、正确操作和维护、合理安装可以从根本上解决余热锅炉频发爆管的问题。As for superheated pipe bursting on the waste heat boiler time after time since it was put into production when ChongGang was moved to Changshou,combined with the existing mode of production,the structure of waste heat boiler was understood,and the design,manufacture,installation,operation and other aspects were analyzed to realize the cause of pipes bursting.It is concluded that the boiler load fluctuations,improper use of desuperheated water,salt fouling product pipeline and the improper installation are the main reason of pipes bursting.Standardized design,proper operation and maintenance,and proper installation can fundamentally solve the frequently incurred waste heat boiler pipe explosion problem.
