摘 要:在解读农村体育公共产品需求表达机制基本内涵的基础上,针对现行农村体育公共产品需求表达机制存在的问题及原因,从表达主体、渠道和受体3个角度,提出了培养农民公民意识、建立需求显真机制、健全乡镇人民代表大会和村民委员会制度、创建"为农传播"的大众传媒平台、发展农民自发组成的关系群体、发展农村经济、明确划分供给权责、建立瞄准对接机制等建设措施。By the methods of literature searching, logical reasoning and analysis of cause and effect, this article explains the fundamental connotation of demand expressing mechanisms of rural sports public goods. It then offers some beneficial sugges- tions against it from expressing the main body, channels and acceptors. These proposels incluse such measures as to train citizen consciousness, to build demand distinction mechanism, to improve villages and towns people′s congress and village committee system, to establish the masses biography matchmaker platform of "spreading for the peasant" , to develop the spontaneously group, to develop the rural economy, to divid the right and responsibility of the supplying, to build aim and connection mechanism and so on.
