摘　　要：NBA联盟的利益关系实质上就是委托代理关系、契约关系和产权关系,通过对NBA联盟中各企业和组织之间的关系分析,有助于各企业和组织之间的协调和合作。NBA联盟的可持续发展,得益于NBA利益相关群体关系的明晰化和有效性,以及资源的合理配置,对我国CBA联赛的发展有一定的借鉴作用。The interests between the NBA league relationship is essentially an authorized agency, eontract and property, the analysis of relationship between The NBA league allow coordination and cooperation between all enterprises and organizations of the enterprises and organizations. In NBA league of sustainable development, the NBA interests of the relationship between the relevant groups become effectiveness and reasonable resources, from which our CBA shall learn.
