平脂胶囊对鼠血脂和血粘的影响

摘　　要：目的： 观察平脂胶囊对动物血脂和血粘等指标的影响． 方法： 采用高血脂模型，按照酶学、组织化学及直接测压等方法测定血脂、组织中脂质、血液流变、血压等指标． 结果：①０．４ ｇ／ｋｇ， ０．８ ｇ／ｋｇ 平脂胶囊使高血脂小鼠体质量、肝脏系数、肝组织胆固醇（ＴＣ）和血清ＴＣ显著降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）； ②对高血压－高血脂大鼠体质量和心脏、主动脉、肝脏系数；血清ＴＣ、甘油三脂（ＴＧ），主动脉、心肌、肝脏组织中ＴＣ， ＴＧ以及全血粘度（高、低切）、血浆粘度和全血比粘度均显著降低（Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；显著升高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ） （Ｐ＜０．０１）． 结论： 平脂胶囊对实验性高血脂小鼠和高血压－高血脂大鼠的血脂、血粘、血压和组织中脂质（ＴＣ， ＴＧ）均有明显降低作用．AIM: To observe the effects of Pingzhi capsule on blood lipids and blood rheology in rodents. METHODS: Experimental hyperlipemia models were used in the study. Indexes of blood lipids, organ lipid and blood rheology were measured by enzymatic reaction and histochemistry methods and blood pressure was also observed. RESULTS: Pingzhi capsule 0.4 and 0.8 g/kg markedly reduced the body weight, liver coefficient, liver and serum cholesterol (TC) in hyperlipemia mice TC ( P <0.01). Pingzhi capsule markedly reduced body weight, coefficients of liver, heart and aorta,serum TC, serum triglyceride (TG), organ (liver, heart and aorta) TC and TG, the blood viscosity (high and low), plasma viscosity, and the whole blood specific viscosity ( P < 0.01 ) of hypertension hyperlipemia rats. The serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) was elevated after the use of capsules ( P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Pingzhi capsule is effective in reducing blood lipid, blood viscosity, blood pressure, and organ TC and TG in both experimental hyperlipmia mice and hypertension hyperlipmia rats.
