摘 要:澄合矿区10号煤层顶板为厚层状石灰岩层,其力学强度高、完整性好,采后不易垮落,严重威胁工作面安全。采用相似材料模拟实验,分析了10号煤层开采过程中坚硬石灰岩顶板的移动破坏和矿压显现特征。实验得出工作面顶板初次来压步距65 m,周期来压步距平均22.8 m.结果表明,来压步距较大,矿压显现强烈,支架载荷较高;厚层石灰岩顶板垮落后冒落带较少,支架后方顶板多呈连续的弯曲下沉结构。The thick and hard limestone roof of 10# coal seam have higher mechanical strength and better integrity in Chenghe mining area. The thick and hard roof are difficult to cave, and have potential security threats in face. Based on similar simulation test research, the movement rule of overlying strata and strata behaviors of hard limestone roof were analysised. The results showed that the distances of first and average periodic weighting of the main roof were 65 m and 22.8 m ; the length and pressure behavior and the load of support in the workface were bigger than the general mechanized faces. The collapsed zone of the thick and hard limestone roof was thin and the broken down rock strata was continuous and bending in most time
