摘　　要：以苯乙酸或已二酸为起始原料,与相应的胺反应,得到中间产物取代羧酸,再分别与3,4-二甲氧基苯乙胺作用,制得二酸胺,经过还原、脱甲基,得到产品多培沙明。探讨了通过胺和羧酸直接加热熔融制备酰胺的方法。An improved process for the preparation 0f dopexamine(1)is described.Compound 1 was synthesized from diamide(2a or 2b) by reduction and demethylation.The diamide(2a or 2b) was prepared from phenylacetic acid or adipic acid. Heating a mixture of an amine and an acid was chosen as the method for the preparation of amides.
