精油类促进剂对非诺洛芬钙经皮渗透作用的研究

摘　　要：研究了精油类促进剂对非诺洛芬钙经皮渗透的影响。通过双室渗透装置进行了体外渗透实验。结果表明,各种促进剂的促渗作用为：桉叶油＞薄荷素油＞松节油＞月桂氮酮＞油酸;精油类促进剂可明显增加非诺洛芬钙的经皮吸收,其渗透系数和增渗倍数,均比其它促进剂大。The effects of essential oils enhancers on the permeation of fenoprofen calcium through excised mouse skin had been investigated. The testing of permeation through excised mouse skin was carried out using two compartment diffusion cells. It was found that the effects of various enhancers were decreased in magnitude as follows: Encalyptus oil>peppermint oil>turpentine oil>azone>oleic acid. The essential oils enhancers could significantly increase transdermal absorption of fenoprofen ca1cium. The diffusion coefficients of essential oils enhancers and the enhancement ratios are greater than those of the rest.
