摘  要:给高脂血症鹌鹑连续灌胃(ig)西红花总甙7周,能明显抑制由高脂饮食所致的血清TC,TG,LDL-C,VLDL-C和AI的升高,防止HDL,HDL2-C及HDL3-C的降低并可提高HDL-C/TC及HDL3-C/HDL3-C值。给药组动物动脉壁TC,TG及CE含量,CE/TC值和MDA值均较高脂对照组明显降低,从而减少胆固醇及胆固醇酯在鹌鹑动脉壁中的沉积,降低脂质过氧化物对血管内皮细胞的损伤。而且西红花总甙可减轻高脂饲料所致动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成和肝系数的升高。病理切片表明,该药还能对抗因高脂饲料所造成冠状动脉血管壁增厚、管腔变小及肝组织脂肪变性。This study was designed to investigate the influence of crocins on serum and arterial wall cholesterol as well as atherosclerosis formation induced by hyperlipidaemic deit in Korean quails.The results showed that crocins (200,100 mg/kg/d, ig for 7 weeks) could significantly inhibit the increase in serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C), very low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(VLDL-C) concentrations and AI value induced by hyperlipidamic diet. Meanwhile, crocins could also prevent the decrease of serum high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), HDL2-C and HDL3-C concentrations, and enhance HDL-C/TC, HDL2-C/HDL3-C ratio. Crocins could inhibit the deposition of cholesterol and its ester in aortic wall by lowering arterial wall TC, TG and cholesterol ester(CE), as well as CE/TC ratio and malondialdehyde(MDA).The atheromatous plague formation in aortic walls and relative liver weights were reduced by crocins(200, 100 mg/kg/d,ig for 7 weeks).
