摘  要:研究了甜菜夜蛾Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)不同人工饲养方法对其生长发育的生物学指标的影响。结果表明,蜡纸和白纸对成虫日落卵量和卵孵化率没有显著差异。环境相对湿度为60%和80%时,卵的孵化率较高,分别为94.41%和98.25%,显著高于湿度为40%时的孵化率。以7日龄幼虫重、幼虫历期、幼虫成活率、感病率、化蛹率和蛹重为指标,比较了四种幼虫饲养方法的优劣,以二十四孔板饲养幼虫至3龄,然后转移入平底玻璃管或十二孔板饲养至化蛹的方法较好。甜菜夜蛾经室内人工饲养7代后,各项生物学指标稳定,种群未出现退化现象。Life parameters of Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)feeding on artificial diet continuously with different ways were studied.The study suggested that there were no significant differences between stencil and white paper in amount of eggs,as well as in hatchability.Hatchability was 94.41% and 98.25% when relative humidity of environment was 60% and 80% and they were above to the hatchability of RH40%.Comparing the six biological indicators with four methods of feeding larvae,the weight of 7th-day larvae,larvae durations,larvae survival rate,pupation rate,pupa weight and larvae susceptibility.The methods of using the 24-well plates for feeding the larvae to the 3rd instar and then the glass jar or 12-well plates to the pupation were better for the two others.There were the steady biological indicators when the Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)strain was feed on artificial diet over 7 generations.
