急诊糖尿病低血糖昏迷的病因分析与防范措施

摘　　要：目的:分析引发糖尿病低血糖昏迷的常见因素,探讨防范糖尿病低血糖昏迷发生的措施。方法:①分析297例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的发病诱因,对其进行总结分类;②依据诱发因素的分类,提出具有针对性的防范措施。结果:归纳出了6类常见诱发糖尿病低血糖昏迷的因素,发现了以前很少提及的认知功能障碍也是引起糖尿病低血糖昏迷的重要因素之一。提出6条防范糖尿病低血糖昏迷的措施。结论:全面认识诱发糖尿病低血糖昏迷因素,重视对糖尿病患者认知功能的评定,加强对患者的护理,有助于降低糖尿病低血糖昏迷的发生。Objective： To analyze the common agent on solicitating hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus and research the safeguarding approaches.Method： ①The inducements on solicitating hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus of 297 patients were analyzed,then summarized and classfied.②safeguarding approaches were brought forward according to the different inducements.Result：6 kinds of frequent inducements on solicitating hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus were summed up and that perceiving function obstacle mentioned rarely beforetime was also one of the important factors to solicitate hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus were detected.After that,6 items for safeguarding hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus were put forward.Conclusion： Full congnitions on solicitating hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus,attaching importance to the evaluation diabetics＇ perceiving function and intensifying the diabetics ＇ nursing are help to reduce the hypoglycemic coma with diabetes mellitus.
