摘  要:医学生临床理论课的教学工作是由教学医院的临床医生来完成的,而临床医生由于受各种因素的影响,教学积极性很低,教学质量也难以保证。针对该情况,本文主要从健全教学组织机构,建立教学工作激励机制和构建教学质量保障体系三个方面着手提高临床理论课教学管理的质量和效果。Teaching medical undergraduates clinical theory courses is carried out by doctors from the teaching hospitals of medical colleges. The doctors, however, affected by multiple factors, are reluctant to do the job, which contributes to a poor teaching quality. In view of this situation, we tried to improve the quality and effectiveness of management of clinical theory courses teaching from three aspects : improving the teaching organization structure, instituting teaching incentive mechanism and constructing a system to guarantee the teaching quality.
