摘 要:房屋装修导致室内空气中甲醛浓度普遍超标.活性炭吸附法治理室内甲醛污染,具有时效性、经济性和易操作等优点,但吸附饱和后,甲醛易脱附.可以通过活性炭的改性解决脱附问题.本研究认为:活性炭吸附甲醛气体的饱和时间约为5 h;适当减小活性炭的粒径可以提高吸附性能,并能推迟饱和与脱附时间;单位空间容量活性炭用量为8 g/m3;改性的活性炭可以提高吸附性能,同时在实验条件下没有脱附现象;改性活性炭吸附饱和时间为2~4 h;单位空间容量改性活性炭最佳用量为3 g/m3.The activated carbon adsorption is an effective,cheap and easy way to treat indoor formaldehyde gas except desorption after adsorbing saturation.Desorption problem can be resolved by modifying the activated carbon.Results show that:(1)the saturated adsorption time of activated carbon to the formaldehyde gas is about 5 hours,but the desorption is along with the adsorption;(2)reducing the activated carbon particle to a proper size,the adsorption capacity could be increased,and the saturated and the desorption time could be postponed possibly;(3)the amount of the activated carbon used in per unit volume was about 8 g/m 3;(4)modified activated carbon could increase the adsorption capacity without desorption under the experimental conditions;(5) the saturated adsorption time of the modified activated carbon was 2-4 hours;(6) the amount of the modified activated carbon used in per unit volume was about 3 g/m 3.
