摘　　要：本文用超临界CO_2对紫苏子油进行提取,并与常规法进行了工艺比较。同时,对所提取的紫苏子油进行了药效学研究。结果证明,用超临界CO_2提取紫苏子油,不仅工艺上优越,而且还具有较好的降血脂效果,且毒性较低。Fatty oils from the seeds of Perilla frutescens were extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid or petroleum ether and its quality was analyzed by GC-MS method. Pharmacological action of lowering blood-lipid for the oils was studied. The results showed that the technology of supercritical-CO2 extraction of the oils of P.frutescens seeds is superior than that of petroleum ether and the oil from SFE-CO2 have the action of lowering blood-lipid with low toxicity.
