微管人工流产术的观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨微管人工流产手术过程中运用心理疏导,观察患者对疼痛的反应,加强术后护理,减少并发症的发生。方法:确诊为早孕且自愿要求终止妊娠,超声检查提示妊娠囊在24 mm以下的296例妊娠妇女,手术在超声监控下进行,术中给予心理疏导,观察患者对疼痛的反应,术后给予健康知识教育,加强随访。结果:绝大多数受术者只感到轻微痛或无痛,效果满意,术后随访发现异常及时采取补救措施。结论:微管人工流产术操作简便、安全、快捷、损伤小。术中辅以心理疏导,减轻受术者的痛苦,维护了受术者的身心健康。Objective：To discuss psychological counseling and nursing care to reduce the response to pain and the chances of complications in the process of microtubules artificial abortion. Methods：Two hundred and ninety-six women were diagnosed as early pregnancy with the gestational sac showed less than 24 mm in ultrasonography.The artificial abortion was carried out under the guidance of ultrasound equipment on a voluntary basis.During the artificial abortion,the psychological counseling for patients was offered and the pain response of patients was observed.Postoperative health education was also given to the patients. Results：Most patients suffered mild surgical pain or no pain.Random survey could find complications and take timely remedial measures. Conclusions：The microtubules artificial abortion has advantages of simple,safe,fast,and less damage,and it can reduce the pain response and maintain the physical and mental health of patients in the aid of psychological counseling.
