摘  要:电接触失效是制约转换型电磁继电器向高可靠、长寿命发展的关键问题。针对电磁继电器的结构特点和电接触性能的基本要求,就其电接触失效模式及失效原因进行归类,分别剖析了动熔焊、材料转移效应、接触电阻恶化等失效机理与影响因素,给出了电接触性能的分析和预测方法。Electrical contact failure of electromagnetic relay with switched type contact is the crucial issue to restrict the high reliability and long life development direction.Firstly,the structure features and basic requirement for electrical contacts was introduced,and then the failure modes and failure reasons were classified explicitly.Failure mechanism and relative influencing factors of welding,material transfer effect and contact resistance deterioration resulting from electric arc were analyzed completely.Finally,the analysis method and forecasting method for electrical contact characteristics was presented.The conclusions are meaningful for the improvement of electrical contact performance of electromagnetic relay.
