摘 要:通过对山西省农业科学院谷子研究所育成小麦品种的遗传背景和系谱进行分析,结果表明,育成品种均具有广泛的基因容量和丰富的遗传背景,在小麦品种选育中较好地利用了国外引进品种和山西省内外育种单位的中间材料,最主要的是把推广良种作为骨干亲本加以利用,骨干亲本各自在一定的育种阶段发挥了重要作用,并对后阶段的育种工作产生了重大影响,使小麦育种工作呈阶梯式向前发展。Genetic background and pedigree analysis for all varieties bred in Millet Research Institute, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences was done in present paper. The results showed that all cuhivars were of wide range of genes and the genetiC: background of the capacity. In wheat breeding, the middle of internal and external introduced materials had been well utilized. The most important thing was the promotion parent seed has been used as backbone, and all the backbone played their important roles at certain stages and showed important influence at later stage of the breeding work to promote wheat breeding develop step by step.
