猪高热病诊疗案例分析与体会

摘　　要：针对猪高热病诊疗实践中遇到的2个案例,对症状表现、病理剖检、综合治疗等方面进行了详细介绍和分析,并结合临床实践,认为只要混合有猪瘟感染,首先必须对猪瘟进行控制,只针对其他病原进行治疗是徒劳的。在治疗上,除了针对病原治疗外,必须采取解毒保肝,补充电解质,补充多种维生素,增强抗病力等综合控制措施。The paper provided detailed and careful analysis to symptom, pathological autopsy and complex treatment for two diagnosis cases of heat illness in pig. Combined with clinical practice it was concluded that it is important to pay enough attention to the swine fever infection the principal contradiction. If you fail to control the fever, treatment for the rest pathogen would make a futile effort in heat illness in pig. In disease treatment, except pathogen control, measures to detoxicate and protecte liver, to supply electrolyte and multivitamin to enhance disease resisting is highly necessary.
