摘　　要：氧化锆测氧系统主要用于测量锅炉烟气中的氧含量。文中主要介绍氧传感器为核心元件的信号测量部分结构和由51单片机AT89C52实现的信号分析及处理部分设计原理。单片机测量系统A/D及D/A转换、电流输出等部分采用高稳定性、高精度集成模块实现,使整套测量系统具有响应快、测量精度高、稳定性好的特点,被广泛应用于冶金、化工、电力、环保等行业。Zirconia oxygen measuring system is mainly used to measure the oxygen content in flue gas of boilers.This paper describes the structure of the signal measurement part of which the oxygen sensor is the core components and the design principles of the signal analysis and processing part which is mainly made up of 51 SCM AT89C52.A/D and D/A converter,current output part of the single chip measurement system are all made up of high stability,high accuracy integrated module,so the whole measurement system is fast,accurate and steady.It is widely used in metallurgy,chemicals,electric power,environmental protection and other industries.
