摘　　要：介绍了机构库的研究要素,提出内容拥有者是机构库建设中的关键要素。详细分析了机构库内容拥有者与其他机构库要素之间的关系。指出机构库的成功建设需要充分考虑内容拥有者的需求。This paper introduced the institutional repository research elements,and pointed out that content owners were the key elements in the construction of institutional repository.By detailed analysis of the content owners and other institutional repository elements relationship,the author proposed that the successful construction of institutional repository need fully consider content owners＇ demands.
